Q. I'm moving out of my place and am required to get professional carpet cleaning. Will you provide a receipt I can provide to my landlord?

We are a professional carpet cleaning company that specializes in move-out carpet cleaning and all  customers are provided a detailed receipt.

Q. Do I need to vacuum before the carpet cleaning? 

While it's greatly appreciated, you do not have to vacuum the carpets. We do ask that the carpet be cleared of large items and debris that are not easily vacuumed. 

 

Q. What's the difference between Steam cleaning and Dry Chem (Bonnet Cleaning)?

Steam cleaning aka hot water extraction is a deep rinse of the carpet fibers and is the recommended method by carpet manufacturers. The Dry Chem or bonnet system is a low moisture option of cleaning the carpets. The Dry Chem is great with stains but is not a deep cleaning, it's more of a surface cleaning that is a great option for maintenance cleaning and for customers and businesses that need the carpets to dry fast.

Q. How long does the carpet take to dry?

With the steam (hot water extraction) cleaning there are many variables that affect the dry times such as the air flow, the humidity and the type of carpet being cleaned. Some carpet fibers retain the moisture more than others, but in general we say 4 to 14 hours. With the Dry Chem the dry time will be 2 hours or less.

Q. Can I walk on the carpets afterwards?

Yes, with clean bare feet. The solutions we use are safe and ecofriendly and will not harm people or pets. However, be very careful when walking from the carpets to other flooring surfaces.

Q. Do you move furniture?

We happily include the moving of small items and will provide a separate price quote for the moving of heavy items. Most customers choose to move what they can before cleaning and have us clean around heavy pieces of furniture.

Q. Do I have to be present while the carpets are being cleaned?

We understand that you’re moving out and probably have a million errands to run. You don’t have to stay during the carpet cleaning, but we do prefer if you meet with us after we’re finished so that we can go over the results.

 

Q. Are there hidden fees or charges?

Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on offering fair and firm prices from the start. We do not participate in dishonest bait and switch tactics or high-pressure sales pitches. Remember, if a price seems to be too good to be true, it most likely is!
 

Q. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Venmo and all major credit cards.

 

Q. Do you offer general house cleaning?
No, we specialize in full service professional carpet cleaning. However, we work with many excellent house cleaning companies and are happy to refer you to one.
 

Q. What are your hours?

Our main hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will try to be accommodating on the weekends for customers who are unavailable during the week. We will also work after hours for commercial cleaning.
